We are looking for a Customer Operations Executive in our Service team. This role is part of our Operations team and focuses on providing excellent service to our previous investors, assisting with account wind-downs, documentation, and servicing their needs.

The role

As part of the Service team, you will assist investors with queries related to their investments on our platform. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email, answering investor questions.
  • Requesting information from investors through email or phone.
  • Updating the Zendesk CRM system and customer files with relevant information for audit trail purposes.
  • Building strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal departments.
  • Supporting direct business reporting with accurate and updated information.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, or control weaknesses in your daily tasks.
