The role:
- Work with warm leads to generate new opportunities through business development of existing Funding Circle borrowers (c.60‑80 dials per day).
- Establish instant rapport with customers via telephone and email to cultivate relationships.
- Pitch the Funding Circle proposition against alternative funding options.
- Manage a high‑volume, fast‑paced pipeline; support clients through each stage of creating an application.
- Own your monthly target and continually improve your approach.
- Proactively problem‑solve and mitigate risks, issues or control weaknesses.

- Experience working in a sales or service environment.
- Strong communication skills, confident engaging with small‑business owners over phone and email.
- Ability to develop and maintain a pipeline while managing applications in progress.
