We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager in our Product & Strategy team. This role sits within the Product & Strategy team, responsible for the growth and performance of our business.

The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams. An ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thinks holistically, and is hands-on to drive Funding Circle’s growth.
- Lead the development of Funding Circle’s growth strategy, collaborating with stakeholders including the Executive Committee to define and refine plans.
- Analyze high-priority opportunities across the business, recommending new growth areas or efficiency initiatives, and improving existing processes.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Risk, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to implement changes.
- Deliver competitor reviews and briefings, staying informed on emerging trends and market players.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses in your daily work.
What we’re looking for:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial, product, or strategy role at a leading Fintech or Strategy Consulting firm.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across different parts of the organization.
- Small business lending experience is preferable but not essential.
- Passion for Funding Circle’s mission and values.
