Role London (Hybrid), 2 days in the office, competitive salary + benefits. You’ll make a real difference for our customers and your team from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Salesforce Platform team and with other engineering teams to identify and design product-agnostic Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design and improve Salesforce integration solutions with a focus on event sourcing approaches.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilize Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
  • Proactively problem-solve, identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day work.

Qualifications

  • Several years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Good understanding of software architecture and patterns, and how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce; experience with event-driven architectures is a bonus.
  • Experience with Salesforce systems heavily integrated with other systems in real-time.
  • Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git, and packaging approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
