We are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Sales Support Team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will deliver exceptional service and partner with Sales Account Managers to guide borrowers through their Funding Circle journey, ensuring a swift and seamless payout experience. You will become an expert in the process.

The Role
- Coordinating with customers to obtain payout documentation needed to progress their application through the Funding Circle.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the application through the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to the customer.
- Build excellent individual relationships with internal teams to become an expert in our internal processes.
- Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required.
- Proactively problem solve, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day‑to‑day.

- Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending.
- Flexible and prepared to try something different and adapt to change quickly.
- Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency.
- Competitive and results‑oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with high attention to detail.
- Able to build and maintain long‑lasting business relationships.
