We challenge, we champion, and we have each other’s backs - because we know that when we stand together, we move faster and build better. The impact is real: Last year alone, the businesses on our platform generated £7.2bn for the UK economy. Come and join a mission that matters!

The role is based in London (Hybrid) with 3 days in the office and offers a competitive salary plus benefits. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and Technology, you will manage marketing logic, segmentation and operational processes in a range of team-owned no-code tools (such as Segment, Amplitude and Iterable) to support our Marketing and broader customer communication goals. This is a role in a team with a broad and transformational remit - you will be key in shaping it. You will be breaking ground by streamlining campaign processes and embedding cutting-edge technologies in the core operations of marketing teams.

  • Understanding and maintaining context on marketing and comms processes and goals.
  • You’ll work with a range of technical and commercial colleagues - Developers, Analysts, Data Product Owners as well as Channel Marketers - to understand challenges and opportunities across your portfolio.
  • Managing and supporting marketing audience logic, workflows and marketing processes in a range of team-owned tools.
  • Solving process challenges and improving operational standards across marketing channels - helping teams get the right message, to the right customer, via the right channel, at the right time.
  • Owning the reliability and documentation of the processes you create and update.
  • Prioritising the right level of solution, owning change work and soliciting support from those around you.
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Familiarity and a minimum of 18 months demonstrable experience working directly with platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Automation, Web Tracking, or Email Service Providers (ESPs) - you should have solid experience and understanding of how data and logic support marketing goals and communication campaigns.
  • A technical and data savvy, solutions mindset with ambition to build great marketing and comms processes.
  • A natural collaborator and ability to work through complexity to a solution, especially in data and platforms.
  • Comfortable moving fast with new technologies, tools and in ‘greenfield’ areas requiring the forming of solutions and thinking - including the application of generative/agentic AI tools.
  • An understanding of website tag-management and web tracking is a bonus.

We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong. Even if your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you.
