Responsibilities
- Work within the Salesforce Platform team and with other engineering teams to identify and design product-agnostic Salesforce capabilities.
- Design and improve Salesforce integration solutions with a focus on event sourcing approaches.
- Identify and implement opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilize Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
- Proactively problem-solve, identify and mitigate risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Several years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Good understanding of software architecture and patterns, and how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce; experience with event-driven architectures is a bonus.
- Experience with Salesforce systems heavily integrated with other systems in real-time.
- Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git, and packaging approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
