We are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Sales Support Team on a 13 month FTC! As a Sales Support Executive, you will deliver exceptional service and partner with Sales Account Managers to guide borrowers through their Funding Circle journey, ensuring a swift and seamless payout experience. You will become an expert in internal processes by collaborating with various internal and operational teams. Start date - March 2026 (maternity cover).

The role:
- Deliver exceptional service to our borrowers by partnering directly with Sales Account Managers and Operational teams to meticulously guide our borrowers, ensuring an efficient journey to payout.
- Own the borrower journey: coordinate with borrowers to obtain essential documentation, ensuring speed and accuracy throughout.
- You’ll be responsible for validating documents for completeness and accuracy before submitting to our Operational teams.
- Master our processes: become an expert on our internal systems and processes to enable fast and proactive problem solving.
- Effectively manage your workflow: own your pipeline to drive borrower application through to funding while maintaining internal CRM and providing timely updates as required.
- Proactive risk management: confidently identify, elevate, and mitigate any risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day‑to‑day work to protect the borrower journey and Funding Circle.

- Experience working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending.
- Flexible and prepared to try something different and adapt to change quickly.
- Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency.
- Results‑oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with high attention to detail.
- Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships.
