We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to join our innovative and exceptional data team at Funding Circle. The role sits within our senior data leadership team and reports to the VP Data. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical execution and business value. You won’t be checking boxes for compliance; you will be an advocate for data ownership, quality, and literacy across the organisation, but also own the change and implementation.
The role:
- Operationalise Ownership: You work directly with engineering and product squads to define and implement what it means to “own” a data domain. You’ll help them move from “I just build the app” to “I provide high-quality data products.”
