We are looking for an AI Adoption and Learning Partner in our Talent & Culture Team. Funding Circle is on a journey to become an AI-native business. We believe AI is a core capability that helps us make better decisions and focus on high-impact work. We are looking for a creative and proactive Learning & Development professional to help our Circlers bridge the gap between AI potential and daily reality.

The role:

  • Design & Deliver AI Learning: Create engaging, multi-level training programs – from basic prompting to advanced tool integration – housed within our AI Fluency Hub.
  • Drive Change Management: Support teams through the transition to AI-native workflows, helping them understand how their roles will evolve and addressing any barriers to adoption.
  • Maintain and drive our GenAI Champions network.
  • Evangelise AI Tools: Run Lunch & Learns, host office hours and workshops to showcase how tools like Gemini can be used effectively in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with “GenAI Champions” across the business to identify new use cases and share success stories in our Use Case Library.
  • Human-Centric Adoption: Ensure our “Humans in the Loop” philosophy is maintained, teaching Circlers when to use AI and, crucially, when not to.

What we’re looking for:

  • L&D Foundation: Proven experience in the full learning lifecycle – from training needs analysis to designing and delivering courses for diverse audiences.
  • Change Management Mindset: You understand that technology adoption is 80% people and 20% tools. You are comfortable helping people navigate the ambiguity of a rapidly changing tech landscape.
  • AI Curiosity: You don’t need to be a coder, but you must be an “AI-first” worker. You should have a deep passion for how GenAI can transform productivity and a willingness to stay at the forefront of AI developments.
  • Communication: Ability to take complex AI concepts and make them accessible and exciting for non-technical colleagues.
