Requirements

  • Marketing leadership experience within B2B enterprise SaaS and/or financial services technology
  • Deep understanding of institutional asset management, fund accounting, investment operations or related financial services ecosystems
  • Proven success developing and leading regional marketing strategy across UK/EMEA markets
  • Strong experience partnering with quota-carrying sales organizations and commercial leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence pipeline creation and deal progression

What the job involves

FundGuard, the asset management industry’s first AI-powered, fully cloud-native investment accounting platform, is hiring a Regional Marketing Director to lead and scale the company’s marketing impact across UK and EMEA. Based in our London office, the primary focus is on the Asset Owner, Manager and Servicer Segments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for translating FundGuard’s global marketing strategy into regionally relevant programs that drive pipeline growth, strengthen executive-level brand presence and accelerate commercial momentum across UK/EMEA. This is a strategic growth role that requires close partnership with Sales leadership, deep understanding of institutional asset management and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

Drive Regional Growth & Pipeline Influence

  • Own marketing contribution to UK/EMEA pipeline generation in partnership with regional Sales leadership
  • Define and execute regional go-to-market programs aligned to regional sales priorities
  • Translate global demand generation strategy into market-relevant regional initiatives that drive measurable commercial impact

Increase Market Presence & Executive-Level Brand Building

  • Build FundGuard’s visibility and credibility among senior stakeholders across UK and European buy-side firms
  • Help develop and execute a UK/EMEA market narrative positioning FundGuard as a leader in investment accounting and investment operations modernization
  • Drive high-impact executive engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships, influence and market presence

Cultivate Sales Partnership & Commercial Alignment

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the UK/EMEA Sales Directors
  • Co-own account-based marketing priorities and target account engagement strategy
  • Ensure regional marketing efforts are directly tied to pipeline creation, deal acceleration and commercial outcomes

Own Global-to-Local Orchestration

  • Ensure global demand generation, content and event programs are effectively localized and activated across UK/EMEA markets
  • Provide market feedback and regional insight to influence global marketing strategy
  • Lead execution across internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure strong regional delivery

Build Ecosystem & Market Connectivity

  • Build and maintain relationships across the institutional asset management ecosystem including consultants, industry bodies, conferences, media and strategic partners
  • Establish FundGuard as an active and credible participant in the UK/EMEA market conversations
