Fundflow is building the first AI-native investment bank for the innovation economy. Founded by Goldman alumni, we combine vast deal experience with AI-first execution to deliver best-in-class capital market services to the tech ecosystem. Our mission is to change the outdated nature of investment banking, which still relies on armies of analysts and PowerPoints. Purpose-built from real deal experience, our AI platform automates manual work in credit advisory and turns deal data into actionable intelligence, enabling our bankers to deliver smarter advice, faster execution, and better outcomes for our clients.
We're looking for an exceptional dealmaker who wants to build, not just advise. As an Investment Banker at Fundflow, you will focus on sourcing, structuring, and executing private-credit transactions for Europe's most ambitious startups and scale-ups. You will own your mandates end-to-end and be the advisor our clients count on. You'll leverage our AI platform to streamline executions and collaborate with the founders to continually improve how deals get done.
What you will do:
- Drive deals from pitch to close, using your commercial instinct to win mandates and push every transaction to completion.
- Source new opportunities by building and executing strategies to capture deal flow from new markets and partners.
- Own relationships by developing lasting trust with founders and lenders, creating the foundation for repeat transactions and long-term partnerships.
- Shape the future of banking by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows.
What you will need:
- Credit Experience: 5-8 years in investment banking, debt advisory, or private credit, having led complex financings end-to-end as the senior banker on the deal.
- Analytical Judgment: Deep grasp of credit analysis, structuring, and investor dynamics, with the ability to turn complex capital needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Relationship Builder: Confident communicator who builds trust fast with founders and lenders, balancing empathy with commercial edge.
- Commercial Drive: Own your mandates and pipeline, thinking in terms of revenue, outcomes, and potential repeat business.
- Builder Mindset: Desire to help invent the new model for investment banking, designing systems from scratch and working hand-in-hand with AI.
We're building investment banking the way it should exist: efficient, intelligent, and genuinely enjoyable. If something can be automated, we automate it. If something requires real thinking, we do it properly with AI at our side. We trust smart people to deliver great work and reward them like owners. Join early, work on live transactions with some of Europe's most exciting startups, and help rebuild how deals get done.
