About Voyc

Voyc AI is an AI-powered supervision and coaching platform for regulated financial services conversations. Voyc's mission is to ensure every AI-led and human-led customer conversation is handled with consistency and care, so trust can be built in financial services. Today, only around 1% of customer conversations are reviewed due to the manual effort involved. Voyc changes that by using AI to review and score 100% of calls, helping compliance teams supervise conversations and enabling managers to deliver up to 5x more coaching in a fraction of the time. We're trusted by over 100 UK financial services firms, including Reassured, One Call Insurance, Adrian Flux, Allica Bank, and MyFirst, and we're building the future of how regulated businesses coach, supervise, and protect customers at scale.

The Opportunity

Voyc has successfully moved beyond founder-led sales, doubling in size in 2025. Over the last two years, the co-founders, Matthew (CEO) and Lethabo (CTO), together with Paige (Chief of Staff), have led sales, transitioning the function into a self-sustaining team. The foundations are in place, but the next phase requires tighter execution, stronger management systems, and sharper prioritisation to unlock the next step-change in growth. In 2025, all deals were won by the expanded team, with customer expansion revenue exceeding new business revenue in the last quarter.

We are now hiring a Head of UK Sales to take full ownership of revenue across both new business and existing accounts. You will inherit an existing team and be responsible for optimising performance, reducing churn, increasing sales success, and scaling revenue growth. Success in this role means building predictable UK revenue growth across both new ARR and expansion, reducing churn, and creating a sales and account management engine that scales beyond individuals. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting directly to the founders. A key challenge is balancing time and focus between new business and existing accounts, including prioritising revenue-generating opportunities, retention efforts, and managing escalations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving revenue growth across new business and existing accounts in the UK
  • Improving customer retention and expansion performance
  • Leading sales execution, forecasting, and team performance
  • Building and scaling repeatable processes that improve team output and efficiency
  • Prioritising activities and balancing focus between new business, retention, and escalations
  • Hiring, developing, and, where needed, upgrading team members to raise the overall performance bar
  • Coaching and developing your team to improve results, including AEs, SDRs, and Account Managers
  • Owning a clear weekly forecasting cadence with the co-founder & CEO
  • Reporting progress, challenges, and opportunities directly to the founders

The Team You'll Lead

You will directly manage seven people:

  • 3 Account Executives
  • 1 Sales Operations Manager
  • 2 Account Managers
  • 1 SDR Manager (managing a team of 5 SDRs)

You will develop and optimise performance across these teams, ensuring both new sales and existing account teams reach their potential. The team is performing, but skill levels vary, and a key part of this role is lifting consistency and effectiveness across all functions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of solid experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in a growth environment
  • Proven ability to scale teams and processes in a growth environment
  • Clear experience owning both new business revenue and retention or expansion revenue
  • Evidence of experimentation in sales motion, messaging, or process to unlock growth
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to use them to improve results
  • High-energy, results-driven leader comfortable enforcing standards and giving direct, constructive feedback
  • Hands-on, strategic approach: able to balance time between new business, retention, and escalation management
  • Comfortable working directly with founders to shape UK revenue growth
  • Experience in regulated industries or contact centre environments is a plus but not mandatory

Why This Role

  • Senior leadership position with real ownership, influence, and equity upside
  • Opportunity to improve and scale a sales team
  • Make a tangible impact on revenue growth, retention, and team development
  • Lead a product with clear, urgent ROI in regulated markets
  • Help the business achieve a breakout year in the UK
  • Inherit a working sales and account management engine and be the person who scales it

Compensation and Perks

  • £70 - £85k base salary with OTE £130k
  • Equity Ownership: You'll receive a 0.5% equity stake in the company, giving you a real share in our success. The company is currently fundraising, and its value has doubled since the last round, offering significant upside for joining at this stage.
  • Remote working flexibility
  • Close collaboration with founders
  • Opportunity to scale and develop the UK team and grow a market-leading product
  • Supportive, growth-focused culture with flexibility and learning opportunities

Thank you for considering this opportunity.
