Voyc is an AI-powered Conversation Intelligence and Compliance Monitoring platform that helps regulated companies monitor 100% of customer interactions, trigger alerts, and produce reporting for operational oversight. We work closely with teams in regulated environments, including financial services and insurance. Voyc positions compliance and operations teams to oversee far more interactions than would otherwise be possible, delivering clear ROI through better coaching, oversight, and operational efficiency.

Our UK customer base includes regulated contact centres and leading brands such as Reassured, One Call Insurance, Adrian Flux, Allica Bank, and MyFirst.

The Opportunity

Voyc has successfully moved beyond founder-led sales, doubling in size in 2025. Over the last two years, the co-founders, Matthew (CEO) and Lethabo (CTO), together with Paige (Chief of Staff), have led sales, transitioning the function into a self-sustaining team. In 2025, all deals were won by the expanded team, with customer expansion revenue exceeding new business revenue in the last quarter. We are now hiring a Head of UK Sales to take full ownership of revenue across both new business and existing accounts. You will inherit an existing team and be responsible for optimizing performance, reducing churn, increasing sales success, and scaling revenue growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role reporting directly to the founders. A key challenge of this role is balancing time and focus between new business and existing accounts, including prioritizing revenue-generating opportunities, retention efforts, and managing escalations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You will have full accountability for driving revenue growth across new business and existing accounts in the UK.
  • Improving customer retention and expansion performance.
  • Leading sales execution, forecasting, and team performance.
  • Building and scaling repeatable processes that improve team output and efficiency.
  • Prioritizing activities and balancing focus between new business, retention, and escalations.
  • Coaching and developing your team to improve results, including AEs, SDRs, and Account Managers.
  • Reporting progress, challenges, and opportunities directly to the founders.

The Team You’ll Lead

You Will Directly Manage Seven People:

  • 3 Account Executives
  • 2 Account Managers
  • 1 SDR Manager (managing a team of 5 SDRs)

You will develop and optimize performance across these teams, ensuring both new sales and existing account teams reach their potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in sales management or commercial leadership.
  • Proven ability to scale teams and processes in a growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to use them to improve results.
  • High-energy, results-driven leader comfortable enforcing standards and giving direct, constructive feedback.
  • Hands-on, strategic approach: able to balance time between new business, retention, and escalation management.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders to shape UK revenue growth.
  • Experience in regulated industries, contact centre, or SaaS environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Why This Role

  • Senior leadership position with real ownership, influence, and equity upside.
  • Opportunity to improve and scale a sales team.
  • Make a tangible impact on revenue growth, retention, and team development.
  • Lead a product with clear, urgent ROI in regulated markets.
  • Help the business achieve a breakout year in the UK.
  • Competitive base salary with OTE and meaningful equity options.
  • Close collaboration with founders.
  • Opportunity to scale and develop the UK team and grow a market-leading product.
  • Supportive, growth-focused culture with flexibility and learning opportunities.
