About FundApps

At FundApps, we’re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions, and we are growing fast. We’ve had strong momentum over the last 12 months and we want to keep it going.

  • Partnered with BlackRock’s Aladdin to automate shareholding disclosure monitoring.
  • Secured a growth equity investment from FTV Capital to fuel expansion.
  • Merged with SteelEye to build a unified compliance technology platform for financial institutions.

Department: People
Location: London, UK
Compensation: £60,000 – £70,000 / year

Role

  • Own end‑to‑end hiring for key roles across multiple regions, particularly engineering, product, and client services.
  • Work directly with managers and the executive team to define roles, scope, and level, often where the role has not existed before.
  • Support leaders in building teams thoughtfully, not just filling headcount.
  • Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience globally, while adapting to local context.
  • Help shape how FundApps presents itself as an employer in different markets.
  • Support hiring related to the SteelEye integration, including new teams and capabilities.
  • Bring structure and momentum to complex or fast‑moving hiring needs.
  • Continuously improve how we hire, keeping things simple, fair, and effective.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Strong hands‑on experience delivering hiring in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Deep experience hiring technical roles, particularly software engineering and product; brownie points if you have also supported commercial or client‑facing hires.
  • Comfort owning outcomes and being accountable for delivery.
  • Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Clear and concise communicator who keeps conversations focused.
  • Experience in global or post‑acquisition environments is a strong plus.

Why This Role Matters

  • You will play a direct role in shaping how FundApps grows as a global organisation.
  • You will work at the centre of a business going through meaningful change.
  • You will have real ownership, not just influence.
  • You will help define what good hiring looks like across a complex, multi‑location company.

Compensation

The base salary for the role is £60,000 – £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience and career level.

Work Eligibility

We require candidates to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

  • Hybrid working: new hires spend 3 days per week at our London office during the first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week thereafter.
  • Work‑life balance with flexible hybrid working.
  • Wellbeing benefits such as private health insurance, life insurance, a flexible stipend, and mental health coaching.
  • Matched pension contribution up to 10%.
  • Peer micro‑bonuses through Bonusly.
  • £1,000 learning budget each year and unlimited professional development leave.
  • Peer‑led “Brown‑bag lunch” learning sessions and an annual Learning Festival.
