As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the frontier of industry innovation - developing and launching new compliance monitoring services for the world’s largest investment managers. As a market leader in compliance monitoring, you will be working on our industry leading Shareholding Disclosure, Position Limits and Sanctions products as well as the new products we will be launching.
The past few years have seen us expand our monitoring services to support clients with additional managed compliance products and new capabilities to automate the jobs they need to do. As a Product Manager working in compliance monitoring, you will be instrumental in working with clients and internal FundApps teams to continue developing FundApps’ offerings to stay best in the market.
In 2025 FundApps merged with SteelEye, a leader in trade and communications surveillance. This merger presents the significant and exciting challenge of unifying products across both businesses and working on building a unique platform to support all compliance monitoring, reporting and surveillance needs. As a Product Manager, you will be able to impact the integration and thinking that defines this journey.
What You'll Be Working On
- Contribute to the development of new AI capabilities in the Shareholding Disclosure and other monitoring services.
- Act as Product Manager for our Sanctions and Position Limits services and work closely with a Senior Product Manager to ensure the entire monitoring product suite is continually adding value to clients and realising commercial success.
- Explore and test new product opportunities with prospects and clients to ensure the most valuable work is being prioritised.
- Engage with customers and prospects to better understand business problems and desire for progress before considering product solutions.
- Work to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and help to manage their expectations.
- Groom the backlog to remain responsive to customer needs and deliver the right value at the right time.
- Contribute to the strategic direction on how and where FundApps should be expanding our monitoring products.
- Promote new developments to our client Community, ensuring adoption of new capabilities and that we are always responding to the latest industry trends and market feedback.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Have 3+ years’ experience in a product management role or client facing/operational role in a dynamic, SaaS business or an investment management firm.
- Knowledge of delivery best practices with Product teams.
- Have an interest in and working understanding of investment products such as equities and derivatives and the financial institutions that buy and sell them.
- Strong communicator with different stakeholders across a business, such as Engineering, Sales, Client Success and Marketing.
- Be very comfortable working in growing, fast-paced, agile environments.
- Think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details.
- Take a keen interest in industry trends and are ready to evaluate and incorporate new opportunities into how we work and what we offer.
- Understanding of front office processes, workflows and relevant technology solutions.
A Few Things To Know Before You Apply
- The salary for this role is between £70,000-£85,000 and the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.

- We require candidates to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our shiny London office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers.
- After that, our policy is at least 2 days per week in the office to connect, and make the most of our shared space.
