Following the merger of FundApps and SteelEye, we are building a global RegTech platform that spans the full compliance lifecycle - combining regulatory reporting, monitoring, surveillance and analytics into a single, unified solution. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, support sales, and strengthen our market presence.

The global marketing team at FundApps covers both sides of the coin: brand and demand generation. We have a strong focus on data and intent and, as part of the revenue team, we always have a keen eye on the commercial impact of what we do. You will be sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Client Success.

You will plan and execute field marketing programmes, events and targeted campaigns – while equipping internal teams with the tools and content they need to engage prospects and clients effectively.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate pipeline across regions
  • Own delivery of industry events, roundtables, webinars and integrated follow‑up plans
  • Support account‑based marketing initiatives aligned to priority accounts and target segments
  • Partner with Sales and CS teams to align activity to target accounts, pipeline goals, and revenue priorities
  • Build structured post‑campaign/event follow‑up processes with Sales/CS to maximise conversion
  • Track performance across campaigns and events, optimising based on pipeline impact, ROI, and learnings
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one‑pagers, competitive battle cards, FAQs, objection‑handling guides)
  • Collaborate with the partnership team to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives
  • Repurpose content for demand gen and enablement

Bonus

  • Support digital amplification through SEO initiatives and social content that promotes campaigns, events, and announcements
  • Contribute to content creation (blogs, thought leadership, campaign assets)

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 4‑5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or Fintech
  • Proven experience delivering events, campaigns, and field marketing programmes end‑to‑end
  • Good understanding of pipeline generation and experience aligning marketing activity with sales goals
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Presales and Client Success teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Salary

The salary range for the role is £65,000 - £75,000 and your final offer will be based on your skills and expertise.

Work Eligibility

We require candidates to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
