Are you an experienced HR professional ready to step into a senior advisory role with real breadth and global reach? We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior HR Advisor to join our friendly, ambitious team - someone who can partner with senior leaders, navigate complex people challenges, and champion a great employee experience across four countries. This is a genuinely varied role spanning employee relations, compensation & benefits, operational HR, compliance and engagement. You'll work closely with the Head of HR and senior leadership team, bringing expertise, good judgement and a proactive approach to everything you do.

  • Employee relations
    • Act as the first point of contact for managers on all ER matters
    • Manage complex and sensitive casework with confidence, discretion and sound judgement
    • Coach and upskill managers to handle people issues more effectively and consistently
    • Support organisational change processes including restructures and redundancy where needed
    • Advise on family leave entitlements, long-term absence and capability cases across all regions
  • Compensation & benefits
    • Own end-to-end payroll across all global regions
    • Assist with benchmark and renewal of company benefits across regions
    • Support annual salary and discretionary bonus reviews
  • Operational HR
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all global hires
    • Manage right‑to‑work documentation, visa applications and sponsorship licences
    • Oversee appraisals, probation periods, absence management and leavers process
    • Maintain the HR compliance and keep all policies legally up to date
    • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reporting & stakeholder
    • Produce regular HR reports
    • Use data to identify trends in turnover, absence, engagement and recommend action
    • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, acting as a credible and pragmatic HR professional
  • Learning, development & engagement
    • Communicate training and learning resources across the business
    • Support engagement initiatives alongside the wider HR team
    • Identify opportunities to build manager capability through targeted coaching and training delivery

What we're looking for

You'll bring the right blend of technical knowledge and people skills: CIPD qualified level 5; 3+ years global HR experience; UK / USA / APAC employment law; Payroll & reporting; Strong Excel & HR metrics; Visa & right‑to‑work compliance; ER casework; Self-starter mindset; Cross-cultural communication; Excellent attention to detail.
