As a Receptionist, you will serve as the communication hub for the restaurant, assisting the Reception & Reservations Manager and Supervisor in the smooth running of the front desk. From greeting guests and managing bookings to handling enquiries and supporting the team with daily operations, you will play a key role in delivering world-class service., Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
Manage reservations, enquiries, and guest profiles with accuracy and discretion.
Ensure special requests, allergies, VIP guests, and occasions are handled seamlessly.
Maintain an organised and immaculate reception area at all times.
Assist with daily service reports, weekly and monthly admin tasks.
Support the team with pre-service briefings, service sheets, and communication across departments.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and data protection.
