Gaia Mayfair in London is seeking an experienced Back of House Night Supervisor to lead the overnight cleaning and support teams. You will ensure the restaurant is left immaculate, maintaining Gaia's high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
You will manage the Pot Wash, Kitchen Porter, Night Cleaner and Bathroom Attendant teams, allocating tasks and guiding performance through the night. The role offers a 1 am to 9:30 am shift with a rate of £18 per hour plus tips.
