We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Night Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at one of London’s leading luxury restaurants.
This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and supporting a busy brigade in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Managing waste, recycling, and deliveries correctly
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
