Gaia Mayfair is seeking a Back of House Night Supervisor to lead and supervise the BOH cleaning team during the night shift, ensuring all areas meet Gaia’s hygiene and safety standards.

You will allocate tasks, monitor performance, perform quality checks, and complete the nightly close to prepare for the next day’s service.

This full‑time role is paid £18 per hour plus tips and surplus, with overnight hours from 1 a. m. to 9:30 a. m. and occasional day shifts if required.
