Fundamental Hospitality is looking for experienced and passionate Head Waiters/Waitresses and Junior Head Waiters/Waitresses to join our exceptional teams across London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within some of the city's most prestigious restaurant concepts, including Gaia, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me .
The Role
As a Head or Junior Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. You'll lead and support service on the floor, work closely with the wider front of house team, and help maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Working in a fast-paced luxury environment, you'll bring confidence, professionalism and strong attention to detail, while creating a warm and engaging experience for every guest.
