Gaia is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the award-winning team, one of the city's leading luxury Greek-Mediterranean restaurants. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll lead your section, deliver exceptional dishes, support junior chefs, and help maintain the highest culinary standards in a fast-paced, premium kitchen.
