What You’ll Do
- Run and manage your designated kitchen section efficiently during service.
- Support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation are maintained.
- Assist with stock rotation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, including Commis Chefs.
Who You Are
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef within a premium or luxury restaurant environment.
- Passionate about food, quality and hospitality.
- Organised, reliable and able to perform well under pressure.
- A positive team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
