Cloak Room Attendant – Shanghai Me, Shanghai Me, an award-winning fine dining and nightlife destination in the heart of London, is looking for a professional and reliable Cloak Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, attentive, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and their belongings are handled with the utmost care.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with coats, bags, umbrellas, and personal items.
- Issue and track cloakroom tickets to ensure accuracy and security.
- Maintain the cloakroom area in a clean, organised, and presentable condition.
- Return items promptly and accurately upon request.
- Support with lost property procedures in line with company policy.
Working Hours
- Thursday to Saturday
- 9:00pm – 5:00am
- Flexibility for late-night events when required
