Following our global success in Dubai, Monaco, and Doha, GAIA London continues the tradition with an exceptional culinary experience in the heart of Mayfair. We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our back-of-house team.
You’ll work closely with our senior chefs to deliver beautifully presented dishes, uphold the highest kitchen standards, and bring a sense of pride and creativity to every service.
What you’ll do:- Prepare and present dishes to GAIA’s exacting standards.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across your section.
- Support menu execution, stock control, and daily preparation.
- Carry out regular temperature checks and accurate record-keeping.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up in a high-end or high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine and premium ingredients.
- Excellent organisation, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
