We're looking for an experienced BOH Night Supervisor to lead our overnight Back of House cleaning and support team.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is left in immaculate condition each night, maintaining Gaia's exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety while leading the Pot Wash, Kitchen Porter, Night Cleaner and Bathroom Attendant teams.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Lead and supervise the BOH cleaning team throughout the night shift.
  • Ensure all restaurant, kitchen, bar and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to Gaia's standards.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance and support team members throughout the shift.
  • Carry out regular quality checks and ensure all health & safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
  • Complete the nightly close, ensuring the venue is fully prepared for the following day's service.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, cleaning or facilities.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Flexible to work overnight shifts (finishing in the early morning) and occasional daytime shifts if required.
