NYX is a high-energy, late-night members’ club where atmosphere, service and guest experience sit at the heart of everything we do. We are now looking for an exceptional Assistant Club Manager to support the leadership of the venue and help drive standards, performance and team culture.
This is a hands-on role for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment and leads confidently from the floor.
The Role
As Assistant Club Manager, you will support the Club Manager in the day-to-day running of NYX, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences and a motivated, well-trained team. You will be a visible presence during service, setting the tone and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Club Manager in all daily operations, ensuring a safe, compliant and profitable environment
- Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team through training, coaching and performance management
- Deliver exceptional guest experience, overseeing guest selection, reservations, table management and service flow
- Maintain deep knowledge of the NYX and GAIA brand values, standards and culture
- Oversee floor operations during service, resolving issues swiftly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with rotas, stock control, cash handling and end-of-night reporting
- Build strong internal relationships across departments and contribute positively to team culture
About You
- Proven experience in a nightclub, late-night venue or high-volume hospitality environment
- Confident leader with a hands-on, floor-focused management style
- Strong guest-facing presence with excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure, organised and commercially aware
- Passionate about nightlife, service excellence and team development
