We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Chef de Partie – Appetizers to join the kitchen at Shanghai Me, a luxury Asian restaurant delivering refined flavours and high‑energy dining. You’ll play a key role in crafting elegant starters and cold dishes, setting the tone for the guest experience, and working within a fast‑paced, premium kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute high-quality appetizers, starters, and cold dishes
