The Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Working closely with the management and front-of-house teams, you’ll manage reservations, coordinate guest arrivals, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and standards of Fundamental Hospitality.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident, warm, and professional approach
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- The right to live and work in the UK
