What You'll Do:.
- Prepare and present high-quality dim sum dishes in line with Shanghai Me standards.
- Manage your section efficiently, ensuring mise en place is completed and service runs smoothly.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, supporting effective stock rotation and minimising waste.
- Follow strict hygiene, HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain high standards and support a positive kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For:.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a dim sum or Asian cuisine section, ideally in a luxury restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of dim sum preparation techniques and presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and kitchen safety standards.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach.
