Support Worker Team Manager

My client is a leading provider of housing solutions and is seeking a Support Worker Team Manager.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- NVQ Level 3 in Children\’s Social Care and/or equivalent, or willing to work towards one within a set timeframe.
- Knowledge and understanding of The Children\’s Act and Children\’s Social Care.
- Previous experience working with young people within a care setting.
- A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle. The role involves working from home with daily travel to support the K.C.C. Team.
Your Daily Tasks Would Include
- Planning and prioritising your diary to ensure monthly 1-to-1s and performance reviews, alongside monitoring care plans, workforce plans, and regular audits.
- Communicating and liaising with stakeholders, local authority staff, and sub-contractors, including the Police, NHS, involved charities, and Environmental Health.
- Meeting key performance objectives and supporting team members to meet their objectives and contractual and Ofsted requirements.
- Providing support, advice, and guidance to support workers and their young people living independently at home.
- Assisting in developing young people\’s independent living skills.
