A leading technology services organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager (Networks) to oversee the delivery and performance of enterprise network infrastructure services across a complex environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end network service delivery, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, wireless, and network security technologies across a large‑scale enterprise estate.
You will lead network operations, manage third‑party vendors and managed service providers, and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets. Working closely with architecture, service management, and business stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, service improvement, and network transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Own delivery of network infrastructure services (RUN and change) across enterprise environments
- Manage LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, wireless and data centre networking services
- Oversee network security technologies including Check Point and micro‑segmentation platforms such as VMware NSX‑T
- Lead vendor management, contract governance, SLAs, KPIs and service performance reviews
- Act as the senior escalation point for network incidents and operational issues
- Work within multi‑vendor / SIAM service management environments
- Strong experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and operations
- Hands‑on knowledge of SD‑WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless networking and network security
- Experience with Check Point security platforms and VMware NSX or micro‑segmentation technologies
- Proven vendor management and managed services experience
- Background delivering network services within large enterprise or retail environments
