The Analyst will be part of the team responsible for the origination and execution of Capital Call opportunities for Asset Managers and Financial Sponsors. Under the direction of senior members of the team, the successful candidate will assist in building and managing a portfolio of Subscription facilities through analysis of relevant information including Borrowing Base assessment and learn aspects of legal documentation review. The Analyst will be responsible for managing internal information tracking related to client interactions and portfolio management.
List Major/Essential Job Duties:- Working closely with Executive Director and VP to identify capital call opportunities with new and existing Financial Sponsors and Asset Managers.
- Developing relationship and transaction marketing materials.
- Review client related information, liaise with lenders and clients to obtain and assess information for deal related opportunities.
- Review and understand borrowing bases and capital call structures.
- Monitor facility performance, update relevant monitoring information, track and record client contact activity.
- As the individual develops, attending client meetings.
