CMA HR Division is supporting an established organisation near Weymouth, Dorset to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join their fast paced multi-site organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the purpose of the role is to partner with various managers within the business and advise on employee relations issues and related people tasks.
What will the role Senior HR Advisor involve?
- Responsible for handling the employee relations caseload.
- Familiar with the HR policies and practices of the organisation giving high quality and consistent advice and guidance.
- Attend and provide independent HR advice at investigations, hearings and appeal panels.
- Assist with TUPE transfers.
- Project work to assist the Head of HR
Suitable Candidate for Senior HR Advisor:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory role from a fast moving organisation.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
