The Private Client team is made up of around 15 people including Partners, Associates, Senior Associates, and support staff, across three offices
What you\’ll be doing:
You\’ll be supporting two fee earners in the Private Client / Wills and Probate Department, working alongside another legal secretary and a paralegal.
Duties will include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Assisting with the preparation of court documents and bundles
- Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and by email
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
- Diary management
- File opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files, photocopying and scanning
Who we\’re looking for:
Suitable candidates are likely to have:
- Previous, up to date experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant supporting a private client team
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of using a legal case management system
This is a full-time, fully office based permanent job working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
