Key Responsibilities:

Staff Onboarding: Coordinate all aspects of new starter inductions, ensuring a smooth and professional welcome to the team.

Facilities & Equipment Management: Maintain office facilities and equipment, liaising with suppliers and service providers as needed.

HR Administration Support: Assist with formal processes including disciplinaries and grievances.

Finance Administration: Process invoices, petty cash, and staff expenses accurately and in a timely manner.

Health & Safety: Ensure the office complies with health & safety regulations and policies are up to date.
What We\’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
