Are you an experienced Legal PA or Legal Executive Assistant looking for a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? Do you thrive when supporting senior leadership and being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? If so, we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! We’re working in close partnership with a highly respected, multi-office law firm who are looking for a professional, proactive Legal PA/Executive Assistant to support senior management from their office in Leamington Spa town.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to Senior Management
  • Diary management for the Managing Director
  • Organising and preparing documents for meetings
  • Typing of documents from dictation
  • Preparing the Managing Director’s travel expenses forms
  • Supporting the Business Development Director in organising events, exhibitions and business shows as well as internal charity fundraising events
  • Ordering business cards, name badges and other promotional material
  • Keeping the company website up to date with articles, blogs, staff profiles etc.
  • Auditing and recording the outcomes of file reviews and following up to ensure corrective actions have been undertaken by the required deadlines
  • Recording compliance breaches in the risk register and follow up to check the compliance has been undertaken to close risks
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the preparation for audits (LEXCEL, CQS, SRA) and maintaining compliance records
  • Supporting the Head of HR, by ensuring onboarding paperwork and documents are all in place for new starters
  • Logging performance reviews and raising any areas of concern with Head of HR
  • Monitoring and logging sickness absences

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience as a Legal PA or Legal Executive Assistant within an SRA regulated law firm
  • Experience of working for a LEXCEL-accredited firm (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in using a legal case management system and MS Word
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good organisational skills
  • A friendly and calm manner
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own transport, as travel to other offices may be required from time to time
