Role: Inside Sales Administrator
Location: Brighton (Hybrid – office-based initially for 2 weeks, then 1 day per week in office)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday with hours between 8:00am – 6:00pm (37.5 hours per week on a shift rota)
Pay: 12.82 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and fast-growing organisation operating in the digital insurance space, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and accurately update CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working towards weekly performance targets
The Role:
- Answer incoming enquiries from customers regarding quotations and renewals
- Support customers through the insurance purchase process over the phone
- Ensure accurate input and maintenance of customer data across internal systems
- Transfer leads and redirect queries to relevant internal departments as needed
- Use consultative skills to identify and meet customer needs while ensuring compliance
- Maintain performance against weekly targets such as sales conversion and call handling
- Work shift patterns between 8am and 6pm to ensure full phone line coverage
