Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to partner with a large, national law firm based in Birmingham city centre. We are seeking a well-organised and self-motivated HR Administrator to join their expanding HR team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Managing attendance processes and supporting onboarding by updating the HR system, preparing new starter paperwork, and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Assisting HR business partners with meetings, including minute-taking and note-taking.
- Responding promptly to HR queries and delivering excellent customer service to staff.
- Understanding and promoting HR policies and acting as a business ambassador.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of HR experience in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
- Graduate calibre.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills, highly organised, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
