On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that supports both office operations and workshop production planning, ensuring efficient progression of customer orders from initial quote through to delivery and invoicing.

Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:00
Status: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track customer order progress in collaboration with the Workshop Manager
- Prepare and manage cost quotations for customers
- Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers
- Produce and update weekly customer status reports
- Generate and manage customer invoices
- Monitor and progress customer orders through internal systems
- Process and manage warranty-related orders
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
- Experience in office administration and production or planning environments
- Experience in Aviation or in a technical or manufacturing/engineering setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident with managing customer and supplier communication
- Competent in using MS Office and business systems for data entry and reporting
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion
