The Role: After Sales/Service Coordinator
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about maintaining customer relationships and seeking a dynamic, fun, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Maximise opportunities to increase contract service agreements.
- Improve systems and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily service and repair visits for engineers.
- Process engineers\’ worksheets through to invoice approval.
- Create invoices and credits for service functions.
- Ensure parts are sourced from correct stock locations.
- Generate quotations for repair work based on service reports.
- Assist with purchase orders and procurement activities for the service department.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Service Manager, Team Leader, and Engineers when needed.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
