The predicted salary is between 25875 - 31625 Β£ per year.
Due to increasing numbers, we are looking for caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join both our Under 3's and pre-school teams.
We are looking for practitioners who have:
- A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Childcare; however candidates with a Level 2 Qualification, relevant experience and a willingness to undergo further training will also be considered
- A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices which are essential to ensure our children receive high standards of care and education
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Under 2's or 2-4 year olds depending on role
- A Paediatric First Aid Qualification or a willingness to train
- A genuine wish to work with young children and make a positive difference to their lives by providing them with the foundations they need for life-long learning

What you will be doing:
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families as part of a key-person role
- Working with the team to create a safe, inclusive, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Supporting children's development through high-quality care and engaging activities
- Upholding safeguarding, child protection and all other setting policies
We operate 50 weeks a year (closed for two weeks over Christmas and all bank holidays) and our working hours are 7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and successful candidates must be available to work within these times.
