Full-Time On-site
Fun Pro UK Ltd

Do you enjoy being on the road, working at exciting events and being part of a hands‑on, energetic team?

Fun Pro UK is looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Event Crew Member & Driver to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands‑on role involving much more than driving. You will spend some days travelling to and working at events, while other days will be based at our warehouse carrying out maintenance, preparation, training, branding training and practical applications of what you have learned.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, practical work, travel and working as part of a team.

About the Role

As an Event Crew Member & Driver, you will play an important role in delivering and running events across the UK.

Your working week may include:

  • Driving and delivering event equipment across the UK
  • Setting up, staffing and dismantling events
  • Warehouse maintenance, cleaning, organisation and general upkeep
  • Preparing, checking and maintaining event equipment and attractions
  • Attending training and development days
  • Completing branding and brand standards training
  • Putting training into practice through practical application
  • Preparing equipment and vehicles for upcoming events
  • Working as part of the team to ensure equipment and events are ready to a high standard

The role involves regular nationwide travel, and there will be occasions where overnight stays are required. Weekend work is also an important part of the role, particularly during busy event periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and collecting event and entertainment equipment across the UK
  • Driving a range of vehicles, including LWB and MWB vans
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Setting up and dismantling event equipment and attractions
  • Staffing events and assisting with smooth event operations
  • Representing Fun Pro UK professionally at all times
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
  • Carrying out warehouse maintenance and equipment preparation
  • Checking, cleaning and preparing equipment before and after events
  • Attending company training, including branding and brand standards training
  • Applying training and company procedures consistently in your day-to-day work
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure events are delivered safely, professionally and on time
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers, venues and colleagues

This is a full-time role with varied working hours.

You must be comfortable with

  • Early starts and late finishes
  • Nationwide travel across the UK
  • Occasional overnight stays away from home
  • Working at events as well as warehouse-based days
  • Physical and manual work
  • Changes to working schedules depending on event requirements

The role is not a Monday-to-Friday office or just a driving position. Some days will be spent on the road or at events, while other days will be spent at our warehouse carrying out maintenance, preparation, training and practical work.
