We are seeking a freelance Production Manager to start ASAP until end of June. Based in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production operations, managing budgets in collaboration with the Line Producer, and coordinating crew and staffing hires across the project.
  • Key responsibilities include liaising with the Health & Safety team to review supplier RAMS and develop the production risk assessment, as well as acting as the primary point of contact for the venue throughout the production period.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience managing live entertainment productions, including logistics, scheduling, and on‑site delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Calm and solutions‑focused under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly in live event environments.
  • Confident coordinating freelance crews, suppliers, venues, and contractors to deliver high‑quality events.
