We are seeking a freelance Production Coordinator to start ASAP until end of June. Based in London.
Key Responsibilities- The Production Coordinator will support the Production Manager with the day‑to‑day coordination of crew bookings, logistics, and production operations.
- Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, and ensuring smooth communication across all production departments throughout the project.
- Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating live events, schedules, logistics, and production documentation.
- Excellent communication skills when liaising with clients, suppliers, venues, crew, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solutions‑focused approach in fast‑paced live entertainment environments.
- Confident using production management systems, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace.
