We are seeking a freelance Production Manager to start ASAP. Based in London.
Key Responsibilities- The Production Manager will oversee the day to day management of production operations, budgets, crew hires, logistics, and shoot delivery across the project.
- They will work closely with the Production Executive to ensure all production elements are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Key responsibilities include managing UK and international shoot logistics, coordinating travel and staffing, overseeing fast-turnaround post production workflows for digital platforms, and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the production period.
- They will also liaise closely with the Health & Safety team to review supplier RAMS and develop production risk assessments.
- Strong production management experience across digital, branded, or broadcast content with the ability to oversee complex shoots from prep through delivery.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills when managing crews, suppliers, stakeholders, and international logistics.
- Experience managing production budgets, schedules, call sheets, travel coordination, and fast-turnaround post production workflows.
- Strong understanding of production health & safety processes, including supplier RAMS and risk assessments.
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced production environments.
- Confident using production management software, budgeting tools, and Google Workspace.
