Fulwell Entertainment is a global entertainment company dedicated to producing premium content across television, film, digital, audio, and branded entertainment. The Fulwell Legal & Business Affairs team spans Intellectual Property, Commercial, and Corporate matters and operates across the full breadth of the company's production, development and distribution operations. The team has adopted Harvey as its core AI tool, and this role has been created to accelerate and deepen that adoption.

The Senior Paralegal – AI Adoption Lead will focus on maximising the utility of Harvey within the LBA team's day‑to‑day legal operations. The role holder will identify inefficiencies, develop best‑practice workflows, build tools and prompt libraries within Harvey, train team members, and champion AI‑driven working practices across the function. The objective is to ensure that, by the conclusion of the fixed‑term engagement, the LBA team is demonstrably more efficient and confident in its use of Harvey across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Design & Optimisation: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through the application of Harvey to routine and complex legal tasks alike. Manage the creation of new tools, workflows, playbooks and prompt libraries within the Harvey system, tailored to the team's specific practice areas. Audit existing legal processes to identify inefficiencies that can be addressed through Harvey, and design improved workflows accordingly. Develop and maintain a library of best‑practice prompts, templates and standard operating procedures for Harvey usage within the LBA function.
  • Training & Capability Building: Design and deliver structured training sessions for all members of the LBA team, ensuring that each team member can use Harvey effectively in their day‑to‑day work. Provide ongoing one‑to‑one and small‑group coaching to support team members at varying levels of AI proficiency. Produce clear, concise guidance materials and user documentation to support continued adoption beyond the fixed‑term engagement.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track adoption metrics and usage patterns across the team, and report regularly to the General Counsel on progress, challenges and recommendations. Evaluate new Harvey features and updates, assess their applicability to the team's legal operations, and integrate them into existing workflows where beneficial.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Senior paralegal with 5+ years of experience in legal or business affairs, ideally within the entertainment, media or creative industries.
  • Experience in Intellectual Property, Commercial and Corporate matters is essential.
  • Demonstrable interest and aptitude for AI tools and legal technology, including hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted platforms such as Harvey.
  • Comfortable leading AI adoption initiatives and training colleagues.
  • Strong critical thinker with creative problem‑solving skills, able to make well‑informed decisions with imperfect information and adapt to rapid change.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and oral presentation skills, able to engage, build credibility and engender trust across all levels of an organisation, both internal and external.
  • Must be detail‑oriented, efficient and able to explain technical and legal information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Highly organised, with keen attention to detail and methodical approach to workflow design, documentation and project management.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programmes or workshops, whether in legal technology, process improvement or related discipline.
