We are seeking a freelance Production Secretary to start ASAP. Based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider production team throughout the project.
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the production office and supporting the wider team across all stages of production.
- Diary management, coordinating and booking crew travel and accommodation, managing travel logistics.
- Reconcile expenses and oversee accreditation processes.
- Support production administration across the project.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience supporting busy production teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail when managing schedules, travel bookings, expenses, accreditation, and production paperwork.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with crew, suppliers, contributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to support across a variety of production and office responsibilities.
